Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site hybrid role that includes Baking / Prep Chef / Customer Service based Bloomington, IN. The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including cakes and cookies, following established recipes and standards, cooking & preparing savory food items, and attending to customer at a farmers market venue.
Qualifications
- Familiar with bakery techniques, food preparation, and customer service
- Hands-on experience with food preparation, including mixing, measuring, recipe execution, and customer service.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency in quality and presentation
- Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively
- Previous experience in a bakery or culinary setting is a plus
