Position Overview:
We are currently hiring dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for part-time positions consisting of evening and weekend hours. This role is hands-on and meaningful, working directly with individuals in their home and community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living skills (hygiene, routines, structure)
- Prepare meals and help maintain a clean, organized home
- Administer medications as trained
- Complete daily documentation on a computer
- Support individuals during community outings and activities
- Encourage independence while maintaining a safe environment
Schedule:
- Part-time hours
- Consisting of evenings and weekends
- Flexible scheduling based on availability and team needs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration (VA), and/or CMRT preferred(Willing to train the right candidate)
