Job Opportunity: LPN Charge Nurse
Starting Pay: Competitive rates up to $37 per hour, based on experience
Differentials Offered:
- Shift Differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts and weekends
- Additional Shifts Differential: Extra $5.00/hour for any shifts worked outside scheduled hours
- 3pm-11pm 24 hours
- 3pm-11pm 8 hours every other weekend
Key Duties:
- Efficiently plans and provides professional care while aligning with the needs of residents and the changing medical landscape.
- Maintains professionalism in interactions with residents, physicians, families, peers, and support staff.
- Documents crucial information related to resident care accurately and comprehensively.
- Administers prescribed medications and oversees accurate record-keeping in line with facility policies.
- Valid state nursing license in good standing (or in the process of becoming a registered nurse)
- In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Collaborative team player with previous experience in long-term care preferred.
