Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of facility operations in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Lead and mentor department heads and staff to ensure quality care
- Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives
- Manage budgets, resources, and census growth strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
- Ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting
- Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on respect and compassion
- Active Connecticut Nursing Home Administrator license
- Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
