Job Description:
Performs clerical duties and recordkeeping functions to assist the administrative team in meeting the needs of the facility, to ensure proper procedures and that the confidentiality of facility information and records is maintained at all times.

Job Description:

Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write and follow written and oral directions in English.
- Ability to type at least 40 wpm with accuracy, perform simple math problems and handle multiple tasks at the same time with many interruptions and distractions.
- Ability to answer the phone, handle heavy phone contact in a pleasant and efficient manner taking accurate messages and delivering them to the appropriate staff.
- Ability to discern and then maintain confidential information.
- Demonstrates cooperation in assisting others and ability to work as a team.
- Patience, tact, enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward the staff, residents and their support networks.
