Overview:
Provide high-level administrative and customer service support in a fast-paced environment. Serve as the primary contact for internal teams, field sales, distributors, and customers—domestic and international.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email: product info, quotes, orders, shipments, and account setup
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service
- Support field sales with order status, inventory reports, and logistics for marketing events
- Manage shipping and returns, ensuring timely deliveries
- Assist with process improvements and cross-functional problem-solving
Qualifications:
- 3 years in customer service and logistics coordination (preferably with heavy equipment)
- Experience with Export Administration Regulations, international shipping, INCOTERMS 2020
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English (Spanish preferred)
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude
