We are seeking a Lincoln Service Advisor to join our team at our newly built Lincoln facility, designed to deliver a truly premium ownership experience. As a Lincoln Service Advisor, you will serve as a trusted consultant and primary point of contact for our guests, providing personalized service aligned with Lincoln’s luxury and Black Label expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a warm, personalized welcome that reflects the Lincoln luxury experience
- Conduct thoughtful consultations to understand customer needs, concerns, and expectations
- Recommend maintenance and repair solutions consistent with Lincoln standards and customer priorities
- Clearly explain services, pricing, and timelines with transparency and professionalism
- Prepare precise service estimates and documentation
- Actively communicate vehicle status updates and proactively manage expectations
- Partner with technicians, parts, and leadership to ensure a seamless and efficient service process
- Resolve questions and concerns with empathy, urgency, and confidence
- Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and repair records in the dealership DMS
- Stay current on Lincoln product technology, service procedures, and evolving automotive trends
