You will help address immensely technical challenges including security, availability and fault tolerance in proxies fronting Apple's largest, highly scaled and distributed services. Emerging Technologies team is seeking talented, highly motivated and disciplined engineers to work across Layer 4 - Layer 7 load balancing and security technologies.

Expertise in C & C \nExtensive knowledge of TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP Protocols and Web/Network Security\nGood understanding of HTTP/HTTPS proxies\nKnowledge of IP Networking, BGP & NAT\nAt least 7 years of relevant software development experience\nBachelor's / Master's in Computer science or related engineering field

Programming experience in LUA, Python, Go and Rust\nKnowledge of WAF\nExperience with public cloud platforms: Google Cloud Platform, AWS\nWorking experience with load balancer products like IPVS, NGINX and Envoy
