Partnering both with the engineering teams and the rest of the security team, you will drive the design and deployment of secure and scalable architectures, ensuring security is embedded into our platforms from the ground up. Through collaboration with engineering, product, privacy, legal, and compliance teams, you will help us integrate security seamlessly into product design and infrastructure, encouraging a security-first culture across the organization. You will mentor and guide engineers across the organization, building a culture of security awareness and technical excellence. You will provide thought leadership to drive innovative security practices.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nExperience: 10 years of hands-on experience in security engineering, including expertise in one or more areas such as cloud security, network security, or application security.\nExpert knowledge in threat modeling, vulnerability management, security architecture, and secure coding practices.\nDeep expertise in AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Azure\nStrong coding or scripting skills (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and DevSecOps practices.\nFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA).\nLeadership: Proven ability to lead security strategy and mentor teams across functions, driving a security-focused culture.
