The Health Sensing team conceives, designs, develops, and launches innovative and exciting health sensing technologies for Apple's future products, while expanding an impactful new domain for the company. A proactive electrical engineering leader with a passion for solving complex technical challenges and building and developing high performing engineering teams. You have a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and decisions through complex technical issues.\n\nYou will be applying your expertise in system, analog and digital circuit design to design critical health sensors and evaluate coexistence, sensor performance and product integration. You'll be engaged in the entire sensor development lifecycle, from concept to mass production. \n\nYou are a strategic thinker with a strong foundation of analog circuit fundamentals and a proven track record of taking electrical designs into mass production. You're a collaborative teammate with excellent interpersonal skills and a drive to push the boundaries of innovation. You have experience representing your team's work in high-stakes forums, shaping technical strategy through persuasive communication, and mentoring others in presenting their work effectively.
Strong EE analog fundamentals with demonstrated experience in all phases of circuit design and development.\nLeadership experience managing engineers and cross-functional teams, with proven ability to present complex technical topics clearly and concisely, influencing decisions and securing buy-in from senior leadership.\nExperience creating engineering design, requirement, and specification documents.\nBS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
5 years of lead or management experience.\nExperience with development process from early architecture through mass production.\nExperience with health technology or sensing system development.\nCadence experience a plus.\nProficiency with test equipment (oscilloscope, meters, etc.) and circuit simulation (SPICE).\nProficiency in MATLAB and Python scripting tools.\nExperience with statistical analysis of production data (JMP, Tableau).\nExperience in FEA, simulation, and modeling tools (Comsol, ANSYS, Maxwell).\nExperience with high-volume mass production.\nBS in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
