As an Embedded Software Engineer working on vision platforms at Apple, you will be responsible for architecting, prototyping, and developing real-time software across the vision devices software stack.

BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.\n5 years of relevant embedded software experience.\nDeep expertise in C/C .\nStrong knowledge of operating system internals, silicon architecture, and embedded systems.\nExperience developing kernel drivers, embedded software, or system frameworks.\nStrong analytical and debugging skills with a track record of resolving software and hardware problems.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams.\nFamiliarity with Gen AI coding tools. Demonstrated ability to use them for design, code generation, and debugging

Demonstrated experience building low-level systems software and frameworks.\nProven track record of building software optimized for hardware constraints.\nExperience working on systems containing cameras, audio, displays, and latency-sensitive workloads.\nApproaches complex problems with innovative, first-principles thinking.\nFamiliarity with Apple operating systems such as iOS, visionOS, or macOS.\nExperience leading technical initiatives in ambiguous problem spaces, from exploration through architectural definition.
