The Audio team within Apple's Vision Products Group (VPG) is seeking a Senior Audio Software Engineer to help us push the limits of what audio can do for Spatial Computing.
In this role, you will investigate and define architectures for Spatial Audio, lead development of those architectures/ features, and broadly collaborate across Apple to bring them to life. You will also mentor other engineers on the team and help build future leaders
Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar field, and a minimum 8 years of industry experience\nDeep knowledge of C/C and Design Patterns that scale\nProven focus on Test Drive Development and quality documentation\nExperience working in Audio Architectures and common Digital Signal Processing for audio.\nUnderstanding of software optimization tools and techniques
Experience in the Apple developer ecosystem, including Objective-C, Swift, and Xcode\nProven track record of technical leadership\nAudioUnit plugin development experience\nEmbedded software experience
