Duties
- Engage with prospective buyers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and marketing events to generate leads and build a Sales Pipeline.
- Conduct test drives with customers, highlighting features and benefits tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Engage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, including upselling additional features or upgrades.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer trust.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus for reaching diverse client bases.
