Apple Grove Treatment Center, a leader in providing comprehensive care and community integration for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), is seeking an experienced Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to join our team.

Position Summary
The QIDP is a key member of the care team, responsible for overseeing client services, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and supporting staff in the delivery of individualized care. This role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering positive outcomes for clients.
Note: This position requires rotating weekends and on-call availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and review Habilitation Plans aligned with Person-Centered Plans (PCPs).
- Conduct regular client assessments and ensure proper implementation of care outcomes.
- Facilitate staff training, orientation, and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Participate in intake, discharge, and periodic review meetings for clients.
- Oversee compliance with policies, environmental reviews, and accurate documentation.
- Ensure client rights are respected, promoting opportunities for community integration.
- Manage on-call responsibilities, including incident resolution and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and client census data.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Minimum of one year working with individuals with developmental disabilities (DD).

Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications (Required):
- First Aid & CPR (Infant, Pediatric, and Adult).
- 1-Step TB Test (current or within the past year).
- Medication Training (provided for $50).
- Fingerprinting for a background check (costs starting at $50).
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and adherence to the vehicle policy.
- Willingness to follow instructions, accept supervision, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Availability for rotating weekends and on-call hours.
- Pass a background check, with consideration for arrests within the last 7 years.
