We are seeking an experienced Quick Lane Technician Supervisor to lead our fast-paced, high-volume Quick Lane operation. This is a key leadership role that bridges management and hands-on technicians, ensuring preventive maintenance services are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest dealership standards.

What You’ll Do
As the Quick Lane Technician Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations and be a hands-on leader for the team.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate technicians and advisors to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Workflow Management: Manage daily shop flow by dispatching work effectively to maximize efficiency and reduce wait times.
- Technical Support: Serve as a technical resource by assisting with complex diagnostics, repairs, and problem-solving as needed.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to factory specifications, dealership standards, and safety requirements.
- Customer Relations: Support service advisors in resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring clear communication throughout the service process.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA standards, environmental regulations, hazardous waste procedures, and overall shop safety practices.
- Training & Development: Onboard new hires and provide ongoing training to keep the team current on procedures, tools, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership, foreman, or supervisory experience in a Quick Lane or automotive service department (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and light repair services
- Ford and/or ASE certifications strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
