As a Concierge you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while handling financial transactions related to vehicle services performed.
What you will do:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Provide receipts and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
- Assist customers with questions related to billing, payments, and pricing.
- Coordinate with service and quick lube departments to ensure smooth financial transactions.
- Maintain and organize cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
- Handle customer concerns and direct them to the appropriate department if needed.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cashier station.
- Assist in daily rental transactions.
