What You’ll Do

• Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot issues accurately.
• Consistently and concisely detail and document repairs to ensure vehicles are fixed right the first time.
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
• Continue ongoing training to stay abreast of the new technology and techniques on the vehicle model lines.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as an automotive technician preferred (5 years or more)

• Vocational/Technical or certification preferred.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Team oriented, flexible, high energy and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Regularly required to:
• Sit, stand and walk
• Use hands and arms to handle, feel, or reach
• Speak and hear
• Use close vision abilities
• Operate a vehicle with a valid driver’s license
• Occasionally, required to:
• Lift or move up to 50 lbs
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Noise Level: Low to moderate
