Applause is a leader in software testing and digital quality, currently looking for a Data Collection - Program Manager for an upcoming technology related data collections engagement.

Terms:
- Type: Short-term, Project-based FTE
- Duration: January 5, 2026 thru May 29, 202
- Location: NJ/NY resident able to work 2-3 days/week at the downtown NY offic
- Travel: Willing to make infrequent visits to the Atlanta, GA, office
- Capacity: Full-time, up to 40 hours weekl
- Hours: Mon-Fri during ET business hour
Responsibilities & day-to-day activities:
- Has the ultimate responsibility for delivering the collection on time, on budget, with the required quali
- Maintaining an accurate collection forecast (revenue, participant throughpu
- Delegating and escalating to subject matter experts for adjustments when collection forecasts are not achieving goa
- Leads the project team for a collection, (communication, co-ordination
- Ad hoc reporting; collection status reportiSetting up the tooling and workflow for all collections
- Feasibility assessment and pricing changes for change requests to the project pl
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with project team and customer stakeholder
Qualifications:
- Previous PgM and PM experience
- Solid hands-on BI reporting skills using Tableau, Power BI, OBIEE, e
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration ski
- Effective problem solving, risk management and escalation ski
- Ability to manage parallel projects, clients and teams in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment
- B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, Management or equivalent experie
Preferred skills:
- Prior data collection experience
