Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end system design and architecture for healthcare payor solutions

• Lead estimations and appropriate allocations for resources on bases of project need

• Translate healthcare business requirements into detailed technical solutions and plans

• Identify technical dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies early

• Coordinate development and integration work across multiple teams and vendors

• Work closely with:Product Managers. Healthcare SMEs. QA, DevOps, SA , Architect, Data Engineering teams

• Communicate technical progress, risks, and decisions to leadership

• Support cross‑team integrations and enterprise platform alignment

• Mentor and guide engineers on technical design and implementation

Primary Skills

• Strong domain knowledge of Healthcare Payor Experience

• Strong knowledge of Healthcare EDI Transaction

• Expertise in .net , Azure Infrastructure - Azure Application Deployment , Storage Account , Logging Strategy (App insights) , Azure Key Vaults
• Expertise in PL/SQL , Complex Stored Procedures , Cursors

Secondary Skills

• High-level ETL Knowledge

• Basic of FHIR , HL7

• Basic knowledge of ETL Tool (Preference High-level Matillion & DataStage preference)

Basic of Java/Soa- Design Pattern, Business Process , Java8 and higher version knowledge , Springboot & Rest Services, Kubernetes, Docker Container Auto
