Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Snowflake AI/ML Senior Solutions Architect to support advanced Data Science and AI/ML initiatives for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will be a Snowflake subject-matter expert with strong hands-on experience in building ML pipelines, deploying models, and guiding customers through end-to-end AI/ML workloads.
This role is fully onsite in New York, NY.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert on Snowflake for AI/ML and Data Science workloads.
- Advise customers on best practices for Data Science implementation on Snowflake.
- Design, build, and deploy ML pipelines using Snowflake features and Snowflake ecosystem tools.
- Build hands-on POCs using SQL and Python to demonstrate Snowflake AI/ML best practices.
- Drive knowledge transfer to ensure customers can operate and extend Snowflake capabilities independently.
- Maintain strong understanding of competitive and complementary AI/ML technologies and position Snowflake effectively.
- Work closely with System Integrator teams to ensure successful Snowflake deployment.
- Troubleshoot customer-specific technical issues and provide detailed guidance.
- Support internal Professional Services teams in developing Snowflake expertise.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to enhance Snowflake s offerings.
- Lead re-platforming of customer chatbot to Snowflake Cortex Analyst and integrate Cortex Search for unstructured data.
- Integrate an existing Churn Prediction model into the new chatbot solution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.
- 12 14 years of experience in pre-sales or post-sales technical roles involving customer engagement.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Deep understanding of the Data Science lifecycle:
- Feature engineering
- Model development
- Model deployment
- Model monitoring & management
- Strong knowledge of MLOps practices and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with at least one Data Science platform (e.g., SageMaker, AzureML, Dataiku, DataRobot, H2O, Jupyter).
- Strong scripting experience with SQL and one or more of: Python, Java, Scala.
- Experience with popular ML libraries: Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc.

Salary : $145,000 - $155,000
