Project Overview
This role will support United’s Employee Experience Initiative, focused on designing and deploying a centralized ServiceNow Employee Portal that integrates HR, Payroll, and Travel resources into a unified front-end platform.
The contractor will partner with internal architects and implementation partners to:
- Build a new ServiceNow Employee Experience Portal
- Support migration from ServiceNow to Workday (Phase 1 & Phase 2)
- Simplify internal tools (Help Hub / Flying Together)
- Enable centralized access to HR services, payroll, and travel information for all employees
Target completion for migration initiative: 2026
