Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and genuinely; creating a welcoming, calm first impression
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, book appointments, and manage daily scheduling
- Support guest check-ins and check-outs, including payment processing
- Provide informed recommendations on retail products and spa services
- Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the reception area and retail displays
- Assist with light administrative tasks, inventory, and laundry coordination
- Communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure flow and timing
- Help guests feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their visit
- A person who thrives in service environments and genuinely enjoys connecting with others
- Calm under pressure, flexible, and able to multitask with grace
- Creative, curious, and open to learning new systems and information
- Interested in (or experienced with) beauty, wellness, spa, or medical environments
- Enjoy talking about products and helping guests find what supports their well-being
- Brings a teachable spirit and a team-first mindset
- Comfortable with technology, including booking software and point-of-sale systems
- Prior experience in a spa, salon, wellness, retail, or medical front office setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Computer-savvy and willing to learn spa software (training provided)
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Cosmetology license, esthetics background, or product sales experience is a plus

- Enter data into a computer terminal, operate standard office equipment, and use telephone
- See and read a computer screen and printed matter with or without vision aids

- Speak so that others may understand at normal levels and on the telephone
- Constant: sitting, standing and repetitive use of hands, arms, and legs
- Frequent: typing, use of mouse, bending of neck, climbing stairs
