3D International LLC (3D Car Care) is a manufacturer of premium auto detailing & cleaning chemicals. We have been in business for over 30 years and are based out of Santa Clarita, CA with an additional facility in in Farmington, MI.
The Order Fulfillment Specialist & Customer Service Representative will execute key components in online order processing including shipping, record management and maintenance, and customer service support.
Responsibilities include order processing, packaging, shipping, managing shipping materials and supporting the needs of the E-Commerce shipping department while also attending to the needs of customers who have questions about their orders, missing orders, returned orders, damaged items, wrong items, and product questions or inquires.
Maintaining proper records in our ERP system and all corresponding platforms including NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, UPS WorldShip and any future additional channels is a must.
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft office is required.

Order Fulfillment Specialist Duties And Responsibilities
- Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner
- Track all orders via delivery software
- Note inventory levels and alert supervisors to potential issues
- Answer phone calls, process returns, and provide online customer service
- Have a team mentality and be prepared to support any day to day needs as they arise.
- Availability 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) in our office.
- Strong work ethics, positive attitude and willingness to outperform and excel
- Past fulfillment experience preferred
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Prepare shipments before carrier pickup and follow all packaging requirements
- Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.
- Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
- Execute prompt order fulfillment with attention to detail.
- Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
- Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
- Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Manage shipping material levels and alert managers in a timely manner as to when reordering needs to take place.
- Follow quality inventory practices set by Management with shipment receiving, restocking, and following organizational standards.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts as needed
- Participate in formal training and development to ensure appropriate product knowledge
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- May need to lift 10 - 50 lbs boxes at a time.
- A high school diploma or GED certificate
- Prior experience with fulfillment software preferred – NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, eBay, UPS WorldShip
- The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
