Job Overview
UpSela Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Solution Architect to design and guide end-to-end enterprise solutions across applications, cloud infrastructure, integration, security, and data platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on engineering expertise, architectural leadership, and recent full SDLC experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, and technical reviews across application, integration, data, security, infrastructure, and cloud layers. Design scalable, secure, and maintainable 3-tier web applications, mobile applications, and event-driven systems. Architect solutions using Java, Node.js, Angular, React, relational databases, and NoSQL technologies. Design integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, middleware, and Message-Oriented Middleware (MOM). Implement authentication and authorization using SAML, OAuth, and related security standards. Design cloud-native and hybrid solutions across AWS and on-premises infrastructure. Define CI/CD pipelines, monitoring solutions, architecture patterns, and technical standards. Conduct technical design and code reviews and provide hands-on implementation guidance. Support Architecture Review Board (ARB) processes, exception requests, remediation plans, and technology roadmaps. Mentor development teams and support cloud modernization, enterprise transformation, and emerging technology initiatives.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in solution architecture and technical design. Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Recent hands-on development experience across the full SDLC within the last 3 years. Strong experience with Java, Node.js, Angular, React, relational databases, and NoSQL databases. Experience designing solutions on AWS or hybrid cloud/on-premises environments. Knowledge of REST, SOAP, GraphQL, middleware, SAML, OAuth, and enterprise integration technologies. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, code reviews, and technical design reviews. Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, security, scalability, performance, availability, and non-functional requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
