Duties/Responsibilities: Provide exemplary customer service over the phone, online chat, or email. Document and update customer records based on interactions and customer needs. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. Mail requested documentation. Complete daily tasks when not on the phone. Knowledge/Skills required: Demonstrated experience in customer service or other related fields. Ability to build rapport with clients with an enthusiastic attitude. A problem solver with a keen attention to detail. A “let’s work together” approach with open communication, excellence in service, integrity, and accountability. Ability to build trust by working as a team member, as well as independently, with minimal supervision. A positive and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills.
