Job Overview
We have a great team of Pet Care Experts providing excellent care for the pet guests. We are looking for the right person to give them the support they need by caring for the human-side, the families of our pet guests. Communicating, being organized, overseeing our reservations, making sure the medical records we need are up-to-date, and double checking that our kennel staff knows how our clients need and want us to care for their beloved pets will be your job.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette.
- Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining pet profiles, and preparing paperwork for incoming guests.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using PawPartner.
- Maintain organized filing systems, manage correspondence, and proofread all emails and texts before sending to clients.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent care and warmth at all times.
Requirements
- Proven front of house work experience, animal experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
