Marketing Analyst & Digital Campaign Manager

Overview

To manage and maintain the ARH digital brand and presence including but not limited to web, digital, social, and traditional media campaigns, along with assisting with an online ARH provider/clinic data integrity.

Tracking, reporting, and managing departmental budgets, invoices, and coding to accounts while working with accounting department.

Gathers data from different internal and external sources to compile and generate reports for pre and post marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Analyze digital marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement with organic and paid advertising.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, as well as full campaigns with marketing managers.
• Manage, analyze, and optimize digital presence through SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices for our recruit and retain employees and patients.
• Maintain the analysis of the marketing department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support strategic initiatives and achieve department goals.
• Maintain effective communication with Accounts Payable to ensure timely processing of marketing invoices, including accurate coding and documentation for budget tracking.
• Maintain effective communication with the Accounting Department to reclass and code to the appropriate accounts.
• Assist the creative team with creative and graphic needs, providing support in the development of visually engaging content for campaigns and projects while exploring and researching the latest tools and trends.
• Assist graphic designers when needed to create visually compelling graphic designs for various marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and effective communication for the service as directed.
• Demonstrate multi-tasking ability; keep multiple projects on-track.
• Work closely with vendors to secure avails, place orders, execute campaigns and complete reporting
• Compile and disseminate ARH campaign performance reports
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize digital advertising campaigns
• Input advertising campaigns into billing and trafficking systems
• Copywriting of websites, social, and potential podcast
• Assist with creative duties
• Serve as the technical authority and development for all technical issues involved in running digital marketing campaigns
• Work closely with internal staff and external partners to ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly
• Demonstrates active listening skills and ability to apply learning over time
• Recognize recurrent or potential issues and problems, and know when to escalate and propose solutions, where possible
• Takes clear ownership of assigned tasks

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications (PR), Graphic/Media Design or Healthcare Administration or related field.
  
  

Minimum Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years Progressive Experience in related fields.
  
  

Required Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities

• 2 years operations experience in the area of digital marketing and online data management
• Knowledge of Yext
• Graphic/media design experience with strong focus on mobile and UX/UI
• Google Analytics, AdWords, Word Press, Page Builder or Facebook Blueprint Certified (preferred)
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM
• Social media knowledge and expertise
• Photography, videography, and other media developments (preferred)
• Ability to organize and prioritize while juggling multiple projects while changing focus of projects
• Ability to work in as a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Must maintain positive, professional communications skills when working with co-workers and vendors
