Cooler Warehouse Associate – Boar’s Head Products
Cornelius, NC | Part-Time to Full-Time | 6–7 AM Start | No Weekends
Appalachian Premium Provisions is seeking a reliable Cooler Warehouse Associate to work inside our 36° walk‑in cooler alongside our current cooler manager. This role starts part-time (3 days per week) with the opportunity to quickly grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do- Build and organize daily orders inside a 36° cooler
- Price retail items and scan outgoing orders
- Assist with the weekly tractor‑trailer delivery and break down incoming product
- Maintain accurate inventory, rotate product, and keep the cooler organized
- Work closely with our cooler manager to complete daily tasks efficiently
- Ability to lift 40 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in cold environments (36° cooler)
- Strong teamwork skills — must work well with others and follow direction
- Reliable, punctual, and ready for early morning starts (6–7 AM)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn our processes
- No weekends — Monday through Friday only
- Part-time start (3 days/week)
