We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral intervention programs and support individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Duties

  • Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments for individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy sessions aligned with treatment goals.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed, ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and provide training on behavior management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices for medical records management.
  • Participate in intake assessments, patient care planning, and ongoing evaluation processes to support comprehensive behavioral health services.

Qualifications

  • Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
  • Familiarity with special education practices, behavioral terminology, HIPAA compliance, and medical documentation standards.
  • Excellent patient assessment skills combined with the ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
