Appalachian Network Services Inc. is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you won't be cold calling - you'll focus 100% on customer meetings, proposal creation, and selecting margins for high-value technology integration projects and service agreements.

What You'll Do
- Own the sales process: Qualify inbound leads, conduct client discovery, present tailored solutions, and close the deal.
- Build relationships: Stay connected with current clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met.
- Develop proposals: Collaborate with our Sales Engineers and leadership to craft technical and financial proposals with clarity and precision.
- Track performance: Manage your pipeline, quota, and progress using our CRM and team planning tools.
- Stay sharp: Continuously build your knowledge of our industry-leading solutions-HPE, Microsoft, Verkada, Aruba, Bosch, and more.
Compensation & Commission Structure
Base Salary: $60,000/year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125,000/year
Commission Tiers:
- <100% of quota: 1.5% of gross profit
- 100%-149% of quota: 3% of gross profit
- 150% of quota: 5% of gross profit
Additional Commission Details:
- New Service Agreements: One month MRR paid at the same rate, plus 12 months of quota credit
- Renewals: Paid at 50% of the standard rate and do not increase your quota
- Only new project and service revenue increases quota
What You're Walking Into
- Average project size: $50,000-$100,000
- $3.5 million in inbound sales closed this year by leadership-without a single cold call
- Inbound-focused: Spend your time on sales, not prospecting

What You Bring
- 3 years of inside sales or customer service experience (tech industry preferred)
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proven ability to hit and exceed sales goals
- Great communicator, confident closer, and someone who loves working a pipeline
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Required Certifications (or obtain within 6 months):
- Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP)
- HubSpot Inbound Sales Certification
- Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt - Sales Preferred: ConnectWise PSA Sales, Microsoft/HPE/Verkada sales certs
