What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice MSW position at Appalachian Hospice?
Hospice Social Worker (MSW) Description
Come Join Appalachian Hospice's Cleveland office. Appalachian Hospice based in Blairsville, GA (with offices in Cleveland, Jasper and Calhoun) is a locally owned and operated company. While a start-up business, its owners have successfully operated other Georgia based hospice and home health care providers. Their proven record is founded on putting its patient and employees first. Local ownership means local accountability and control verses being at the mercy of the “corporate” office typically mandating a business model focused on the “bottom line”.
At Appalachian Hospice, we believe in a staff model designed to give its clinical staff time to build a trusting and valued relationship with their patients and the patient's families. We do not push “unrealistic” productivity. We except our staff to provide outstanding clinical care delivered with compassion and respect.
Please consider joining our Cleveland based team today. We are looking for a full time Master degreed social worker.
