Dozer Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dozer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating dozers and other heavy equipment for pad reclaims and other backfilling projects. This role involves performing various tasks related to excavation, grading, and site preparation while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers and other heavy machinery to complete excavation and construction tasks.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to execute construction plans effectively.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in building and preparing construction sites by moving materials and equipment as needed.
• Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Proficient in heavy equipment operation, specifically dozer operation and loader operation.
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety standards.
