Custodian
Location: Gainesville, GA
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (Overtime extremely rare)
Apotheca Inc. is a 100% employee-owned manufacturer of high-quality homeopathic remedies, herbal products, and nutritional supplements. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Custodian who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workplace for our employees.
Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic, and excellent attendance.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and sanitation of all facility common areas, production support areas, offices and restrooms.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, blinds, windowsills, and other surfaces.
- Clean walls, windows, mirrors, ceilings, and other building fixtures.
- Replenish restroom supplies and production consumables, including gloves, hairnets, and sleeves.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or repair needs promptly.
- Assist with additional housekeeping and facility-related duties as assigned.
