Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily BDC operations, including inbound/outbound call performance and lead management
- Respond to internet leads in a timely manner
- Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to meet monthly goals
Qualifications:
- Previous internet sales experience required
- Proven experience managing an automotive BDC team required
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills
