What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Patient Coordinator position at Apollonia Dental LLC?

Responsibilities:
- Insurance Verification
- Gathering and verifying patient information
- Ensure all patient intake forms are completed
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Scheduling and Coordination (ensuring timely and efficient patient flow)
- Patient Communication and Support (communicating with patients regarding appointments, procedures and other relevant information)
- Greet patients and their families
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Past experience in Dental office billing is a must
- Knowledge of Dental codes and Dental insurances
- Knowledge of dental office operations
- Familiarity with dental software Eaglesoft or similar
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Please note that experience with Eaglesoft is a plus but not required. Hourly pay will be based on experience. We are looking for someone long term, that loves the dental field and wants to grow along with the office.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
