- Attend client meetings and provide valuable support to advisors by gathering necessary information and facilitating smooth interactions
- Create follow-up tasks based on client meetings and inquiries, ensuring their prompt completion by either the Relationship Manager or the back office team
- Collaborate with advisors to execute trading orders and effectively manage client investment portfolios
- Meticulously track and report the status of outstanding tasks, providing advisors with up-to-date information about progress and outstanding client requests
- Manage client accounts from initial opening to ongoing servicing, including document gathering, account setups, and comprehensive client support
- Gather, organize, and clarify client information to support financial planning analyses and projections
- Conduct client outreach and follow-up to assist with the implementation of advisor recommendations and planning action items
- Ensure all activities and processes conform to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards, maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions
- Collaborate with advisors, back office staff, and other team members to provide a seamless and exceptional experience
- Serve as a key liaison between advisors and clients throughout the financial planning process by collecting and validating financial information, preparing documentation for planning analyses, and coordinating client follow-up to support the timely implementation of financial planning recommendations
- 3 years recent industry experience (required)
- Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
- Knowledge of Fidelity custodial platform/Wealthscape (required)
- Industry licensing (not required)
