Essential Duties/ Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, top-notch analyst, and have a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems.
- The person selected will be wholly committed to the discovery and development of cutting-edge innovative solutions.
- They will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and operational needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
- They will coordinate with departmental heads, executives, and other stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
- Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
- Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
- Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
- Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
- Liaison between various business departments and group
- Communicate findings, and recommendations, to project manager for updates to stakeholders and executives.
- Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
- Assist with project management as needed.
Required / Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field.
- Business Analyst experience or in a related role
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Strong experience leading, facilitating and motivating teams for medium to large scale IT projects
- Strong understanding and experience working with stakeholders in achieving their goals
- Strong background in facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions
- Demonstrated experience in the creation of User Stories
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), preferably in a Hybrid Agile environment.
- Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop productive working relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate with people across the organization
- Ability to manage projects to successful conclusion.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks beyond the routine
- High degree of independence, intuition, and initiative

- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting of functional and basic technical components
