- Conduct analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in existing data systems

- Translate complex ideas into accessible concepts for non-technical audiences
- Support decision-making by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Ensure that proposed solutions align with organizational goals and existing systems
What You'll Need

- Experience with grant management systems (Sage/Agate)
- At least 10 years of experience in a data architecture or systems planning role
- Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and lead collaborative discussions
- Proven track record of designing practical solutions using existing systems
- Comfortable working with data concepts and systems, with a focus on strategy and planning
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Advanced knowledge of data integration and analytics tools
- Experience in public sector or healthcare-related data architecture
Required skills, experience, etc.:
- Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear data architecture strategies.
- Design and oversee backend data structures, including form creation and data flow management.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of backend data management processes to identify gaps and optimize performance.
- Manage and maintain document repositories; ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Utilize AWS services to manage data links and support secure, scalable data solutions.
- Perform advanced data analysis, including fiscal year longitudinal trends, and deliver actionable insights.
- Automate manual processes currently tracked via CSV and spreadsheets; design and implement future-state reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to define and execute reporting automation strategies.
- Work with ICD codes, tech files, SaaS platforms, and run complex queries to support data-driven decision-making (Nice to have)
- Ensure all solutions align with organizational goals and integrate seamlessly with existing systems (Nice to have)
