Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple security sites, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
- Manage and mentor site supervisors and security personnel, fostering professional growth and accountability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client relations — presenting professionally and confidently at all times.
- Handle high call volume and operational issues with calmness, focus, and quick decision-making.
- Conduct regular evaluations of security performance and standards, implementing improvements where needed.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Proven Leadership: Minimum 5 years in security operations or management, preferably across multiple locations.
- Crisis Management: Ability to stay composed and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Client-Facing Professionalism: Excellent communication and presentation skills to build trust and strong relationships.
- Tech-Savvy & Process-Oriented: Comfortable with scheduling software, reporting tools, and security technology systems.
- Travel Ready: Willingness to travel regionally as needed to support operations and meet with clients.
- Experience in physical security, logistics security, or multi-site security operations.
- Background in military, law enforcement, or corporate security management a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field preferred.
