We are hiring a Senior Test Development Engineer to support advanced defense and sensor system test solutions in a highly collaborative engineering environment. This role involves designing, developing, integrating, and deploying automated test equipment and test stations used for RF, digital, analog, and power systems.
The engineer will work on hardware and software development for complex test systems supporting manufacturing and depot environments across domestic and international programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design test stations, fixtures, and automated test systems
- Develop electrical schematics and PCB designs
- Support RF, analog, digital, and power-related testing activities
- Develop automated test software using LabVIEW, TestStand, C/C , or C#
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams
- Participate in project reviews, technical meetings, and progress reporting
- Support integration, debugging, validation, and deployment activities
Required Skills
- Strong experience with electrical test instruments and automated test equipment
- Hands-on experience with RF, Analog, Digital Logic, and Power systems
- Experience with automated test software development
- Experience with ORCAD and/or Cadence Allegro PCB design tools
- Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, C/C , or C#
- Ability to work in a process-driven defense/aerospace environment
Preferred Skills
- EVMS or project scheduling/cost tracking experience
- Knowledge of DoD development lifecycle processes
- Experience leading small engineering projects or technical teams
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM field required
- 8–10 years of relevant engineering experience
Clearance / Citizenship Requirement
Due to the nature of the programs and customer requirements, candidates must have an active/current DoD Secret Clearance and be U.S. Citizens to support regulated defense projects and secure environments.
