What You'll Do
Every day is different, but you'll spend your time:
- Diagnosing residential heating and cooling systems.
- Performing repairs that restore comfort quickly and professionally.
- Performing maintenance that keeps customers' equipment running efficiently.
- Educating homeowners on repair options and system performance.
- Recommending solutions that genuinely improve comfort, efficiency and reliability.
- Installing IAQ products, thermostats and accessories when appropriate.
- Completing accurate digital paperwork using company software.
- Maintaining a clean, organized company vehicle.
- Communicating professionally with customers and teammates.
- Delivering an experience customers rave about.

Qualifications
- 2 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge of furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners and mini-splits.
- Understanding of refrigeration cycle and electrical diagnostics.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while supporting the team.
- Clean, professional appearance.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work in crawlspaces, attics and on ladders.
- Stand, kneel and bend for extended periods.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
