Apollo is seeking a motivated and analytical Business & Data Analyst to support strategic initiatives across our operations, product development, and data center consulting practices.
This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and translating insights into business action.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data from multiple sources.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support leadership decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs across operational and business functions.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational reporting.
- Assist with product development research, testing, and stakeholder requirements.
- Maintain data quality and support analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate across engineering, operations, sales, finance, and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Microsoft Excel).
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Successful background check, including pre-employment drug screening
