Scheduled Shift: Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Core Functions:
- Support the setup and operation of medical tubing extrusion lines under moderate supervision.
- Operate assigned extrusion stations (foundational complexity) and follow established work instructions.
- Inspect products for defects, measuring dimensions, and ensure compliance with specifications
- Maintain pacing, productivity, and accuracy for the stations trained.
- Work with engineering, quality assurance and maintenance teams to optimize processes and resolve issues
- Ensure proper material handling, labeling, and traceability.
- Follow all safety, cleanroom, and PPE requirements.
- Accurately and consistently record production data, machine settings, and maintenance issues for tracking and troubleshooting.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Background/Expertise:
- High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Strong mathematical aptitude, including the ability to calculate flow rates and measure circumference accurately.
- Ability to read and interpret customized blueprints, safety rules, operating procedures, maintenance instructions, and other technical documentation.
- Ability to write clear, accurate reports and correspondence, with proficiency in completing required documentation such as DPRs, inventory management forms and data collections records.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk regularly throughout the day to perform production tasks.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements while demonstrating strong hand–eye coordination, manual dexterity, and good vision.
