- Greet customers and provide friendly customer service.
- Help customers select beer, wine, and spirits based on their preferences.
- Operate the cash register and process cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
- Verify customer IDs to ensure compliance with alcohol sales laws.
- Restock shelves, coolers, and displays.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory and report low-stock items to management.
- Receive and unpack deliveries from vendors.
- Price merchandise and update promotional displays.
- Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and store policies.
- Follow all state and local alcohol regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including balancing the cash drawer.
- Help prevent theft by monitoring the sales floor and reporting suspicious activity.
