Property Management/Office Manager – Condominium Building
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Management Office Manager at a condominium building. This position requires someone who is organized, personable, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a professional environment. This is a part time position working six hour shifts 4 days per week. Nights and weekend hours may also be needed. Shift flexibility is needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Perform data entry related to resident registrations and other property management records
- Assist in the enforcement of condominium association rules and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common work areas
- Monitor security and access protocols as needed
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and management
- Support administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs
- Assisting with keeping the building clean and organized
- Other duties as assigned to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in property management or front desk/reception work preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
