What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Math Teacher position at Apollo Career Center?
Starting Date: August 2026
Reports To: High School Principal
Salary Range: $43,500 - $66,000, based on appropriate salary schedule, commensurate with education and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Valid Ohio certification/licensure in Integrated Mathematics (7-12)
· Positive and initiative-driven professional with a passion for teaching high school students
· Dedicated to helping students develop high levels of academic competency
· Effective communication and collaborative skills with team-oriented philosophies
· Ability to pass BCI and FBI background checks
· Willingness to be involved in the school improvement process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and human relation skills
- Ability to plan and develop an instructional program in math
- Ability to learn and use Google Suite, Schoology (course learning management system) and other technology
Responsibilities:
· Develop a math curriculum and teach high school youth
