As a CNC Operator, you will be at the heart of our production team, responsible for the creation of high quality precision components. Your work will directly support mission critical projects in the aerospace, defense, military, energy, and industrials industries. This role is key to ensuring every part we deliver meets the highest standards of accuracy, performance, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines, ensuring owning conformance of product.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining operations.
- Monitor machine operations and maintain quality standards.
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate dimensions, tolerances, and other specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of tooling, machining processes, and factory operations.
- Basic ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions.
- Basic math skills are essential for measuring and calculating dimensions.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
