- Lead the overall design of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to implement innovative ServiceNow solutions.
- Define platform roadmaps to ensure scalability, performance, stability, and audit compliance.
- Extend platform capabilities through workflow design, integrations, and module development.
- Drive end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM modules.
- Manage platform upgrades and ensure applications meet enterprise security and compliance standards.
- Provide technical guidance for configuration, customization, and development based on business needs.
- Oversee documentation, knowledge base materials, and training for process owners and stakeholders.
- Provide governance and enforce technical best practices.
- Mentor and guide a team of ServiceNow engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Engineering, Finance, HR) to drive adoption and platform success.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Partner with executive leadership to understand business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements:
- 10 years of experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM modules.
- Strong background in architecture and design of ServiceNow implementations, workflows, custom apps, and integrations.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale projects.
- Proficiency with scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) and Service Portal technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, Bootstrap).
- Strong understanding of CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, Portal, Incident, Problem, and Change Request Management.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Spokes.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITAM, or similar).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ITIL v3/v4 certification is a plus.
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly desirable.
Nice-to-have:
- Perl and Python programming in Linux environments.
Salary : $230,000
