Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support innovation projects and portfolio data management within a fast-paced CPG environment. This role combines project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and data management to ensure successful execution of product and innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track innovation and product development projects
- Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Maintain and update portfolio/project data across systems and tools
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and process compliance
- Support reporting, governance activities, and continuous process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of experience in project management, portfolio management, or product development within a CPG environment
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
Salary : $50 - $55
