MuleSoft Migration Consultant Remote

Job Summary:
Client is seeking a seasoned MuleSoft Migration Consultant to lead and manage the end-to-end migration/rollout of its DDP (Digital and Data Platform) sites. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in integration architecture, project coordination, stakeholder management, and hands-on MuleSoft development. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Schedule/Plan for Individual Locations aligned to DDP/WMX (Warehouse Management Excellence) plan
* Develop Resource Plan for rollout and adjust if differs from current staffing
* Create integration Rollout Runbook for Locations (names and dates)
* Coordinate and manage the Rollout PODs comprising MuleSoft Migration Leads and MuleSoft Developers for respective Front/Middle/Back Office tracks
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and security policies.
* Monitor and report on migration progress, risks, and issues.

Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 7 years of experience in integration and middleware technologies.
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
* Proven experience in migration projects from legacy systems to MuleSoft.
* Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, ESB, and microservices architecture.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
* MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect.
* Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Background in warehouse management system integrations is a plus.
